Thing 2

Parts of Thing 2 gave me chills. "We are the internet, We teach the machine." Makes me think of science fiction. This is from an older librarian who remembers reading in her science textbook about computers "being available in the future--possibly one in every household." I also have the feeling that I'd better get with it, or I'm going to be a resourceaterrian--aka--an extinct dinosaur/librarian!

time, time, time

Where will I find the time to keep this blog up to date? I will find it. I'm looking at this as a challenge to better myself and ultimately live in the world our children live in--virtual and on demand!
